Stock the Freezers for Calvary Home Kids

Friends of Calvary Home, please consider organizing a “Food Pounding”for Calvary Home’s ministry to displaced children. Items and ingredients will be used to help Calvary Home volunteers prepare casseroles, crock pot dinners, and baked items to stock the Calvary Home freezers for winter. There is a special need this year since we opened our 3rd home on campus in March—more kids!! We hope to make 50 casserole meals for both the Calvary Home cottages and a number of foster families currently being served by Calvary Home.

Collection boxes are located in the Church Information Center and will be at the Church Picnic

Items Needed:

• Tomatoes, diced
• Tomato sauce
• Spaghetti sauce (Ragu, etc.)
• Ro-tel salsa
• Green beans
• Vanilla flavoring
• Oregano
• Onion flakes, dried
• Garlic salt
• Packaged dry stuffing mix
• Parmesan cheese, grated (such as Kraft in plastic container)
• Heavy duty Aluminum foil
• Aluminum casserole pans—13×10 size
• Gallon “zip” lock freezer plastic bags
